🪘Join us on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15th, from 11 AM - 12 PM as we welcome Trust Drum Circles! 😌 The session begins with gentle chair yoga led by Sarah Swirsky, followed by an interactive drum circle, and concludes with a calming rhythm experience featuring breathwork and support—all set to live music that promotes reflection, connection, and restoration. Facilitated by Maseh Nchang of Trust Drum Circles and Marc Lee Shannon, a renowned local guitarist and musician in recovery.
