Join us for Rockford Chamber of Commerce's Annual Trunk or Treat! This year, the Trunk or Treat will be held in the City Hall Parking Lot on FRIDAY, October 25th from 4:30pm-7:00pmLocal businesses will set up in the parking lot to pass out candy to trick-or-treaters. There will be a costume contest this year as well! We will also have The Balloon Guy there to make balloon animals while you wait!
