This free, inclusive and accessible community event will take place at 470 Pine St in Bridgewater, where costumes, laughter, and families of all ages and abilities are welcome.

Want to help make the magic happen? We’re looking for amazing volunteers to bring this event to life! Whether you’re volunteering solo or as part of a group, we’d love to have you on our team! From creative decorators to friendly faces and Halloween enthusiasts, there’s a perfect role waiting for you.

🎃 Setup Crew: Help decorate trunks and the event space, set up tables, signs, and spooky (but silly!) decor.

🅿️ Parking Support: Help manage parking and keep things organized.

🚗 Trunk Hosts: Bring a vehicle, decorate it, and hand out candy, snacks or sensory-friendly toys to trick-or-treaters. Costumes encouraged!

👋 Greeters & Guides: Welcome families, give directions, and keep the event running smoothly with a friendly smile.

🎟️ Activity Helpers: Assist with games and activity stations—great for people who like interacting with attendees.

📸 Event Photographers: Capture the magic! Take photos during setup and throughout the event. Great opportunity for anyone who enjoys photography or content creation.

🧹 Clean-Up Crew: Help pack up decorations, gather supplies, and leave the space even better than we found it.
