You are invited! Come on over to Journey Church of Sanford (2901 Beechtree Drive, Sanford NC) on Friday October 31st to go Trunk or Treating in our church parking lot! Trunk or Treat begins at 6:00pm! Rain or shine, we will move indoors if needed.
If you're new to Trunk or Treating, it's a modern tradition in which kids go "trick or treating" car to car instead of house to house in a parking lot.
Each car trunk is decorated with a theme and monitored by a trusted adult who gives out candy and other treats to trunk-or-treaters.
Trunk or treat events are a great community event for families looking for a fun and safe alternative to trick or treating door-to-door, or just a good excuse for the kids to get one more use out of their holiday costumes.
Kids will travel around the church parking lot from car to car as if trick-or-treating, stopping at each decorated trunk to play a game or receive a treat.
