Join us Saturday, August 10th, 1-2:30pm, in the LOWER GARDEN of our Downtown Campus as Ryan Mooney gives you everything you need to know and grow King Oysters Mushrooms, a.k.a Trumpet Mushrooms at home!Trumpet Mushrooms are not only a delicious culinary delight but they contain beta-glucans, which can boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. They also contain ergothioneine, an antioxidant that can help fight inflammation and signs of aging.
