Begin the experience tasting single-origin warm drinking chocolates from around the world. Then participate in a special one-hour Chocolate Lab class where guests can hand-roll traditional dark chocolate ganache, coat them in milk or white chocolate, then finish with a sweet array of toppings.
Each guest will package their truffles in a charming box and receive a personalized milk chocolate bar and a long-stemmed red rose to take home. Participants will also learn about the courtship and marriage of Milton and Catherine Hershey, as well as how chocolate is grown and processed.
This class is most suitable for adults. Please note that up to two couples will be assigned to the same table. Space is limited to 24 participants per session.
Tickets are non-refundable. In the case of weather-related cancellations, the event will be rescheduled.
