Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin rubbed with truffle, served with royal blue potato purée and sautéed green beans, accompanied by our Tallon (Owner’s Label) Shiraz from Margaret River, 150ml.
Dark Chocolate and Orange Sorbet served with truffle and cardamom brandy.
