As a tribute to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Scottish Fishing Fleet Disaster off the Norfolk Coast, Dr. Paul Richards will be presenting a summary of the events that occurred on that tragic day, involving the loss of 37 Scottish fishermen that is still keenly felt in St. Monans, near Fife, to this day. The monies raised from this talk will be donated to the fundraising appeal to create a memorial space in the village to mark this historic disaster.
