We’re excited to offer this immersive training experience — whether you’re a certified yoga teacher or a dedicated practitioner, this is your opportunity to deepen your practice and learn to teach True North Yoga’s most beloved class format.

Teach at TNY. We’re hiring! Graduates who pass a skills assessment can start teaching True North Flow classes right away.
Expand your offerings. Add a unique and powerful sequence to your teaching toolkit.
Not a teacher? No problem. Grow your personal practice and gain a deeper understanding of how yoga is taught and embodied.
Training Schedule
Attend 5 weekends in Fall 2025:
October 3–5
October 10–12
October 17–19
October 24–26
November 1–2
Fridays: 6:30–8:30 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
What You’ll Learn:
The full True North Flow arc and how to teach it with clarity and intention
How to cue breath, offer hands-on assists, and use your voice with purpose
Opening your classes with meditation, breathwork, dharma talks, or creative intention-setting
Giving and receiving feedback in a safe, supportive learning environment
Building teaching confidence and personal presence
Using music to uplift and inspire your students
Marketing yourself authentically within your yoga community
Teaching with compassion, clarity, and connection
Training Requirements
Take 10+ True North Yoga classes (at your own pace)
Attend 10 public True North Flow classes
Teach 2 Community Classes at TNY
Dedicate 10 hours to personal study and practice
Investment
Full Tuition: $1,200
Deposit: $500 to reserve your spot
Payment plans available – full balance due by October 5th
Upon completion, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion, applicable for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units and eligible toward both True North Yoga’s 200HR and 300HR Teacher Trainings.
