In summer, we gather.
To reconnect with what grounds us — earth underfoot, fire in stone, and open sky.
This is a day to step outside routine and remember what matters: clear your mind, move your body, tend the land, share stories, and walk away feeling stronger, clearer, and deeply connected.
YOUR DAY AT TRUE NATURE |
8:00 AM — Light the Fire: Gather around the morning fire circle to release what no longer serves you and set clear intentions for the day. Bring your reflections — the embers of what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to call in.
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM — Morning Practice: Move, breathe, stretch. A dynamic practice that clears the mind and strengthens the body; blending slow flow, grounding breathwork, and simple meditation.
10:45 – 11:45 AM — Nourishing Brunch: Share a fresh, seasonal meal with good company in the garden from our organic cafe. Refuel and reset.
12:00 – 3:00 PM — Free Time / Creative Grounding: Time to choose where you'd like to rest or recharge. Enjoy our renowned spa by booking an appointment online. *spots fill up quickly so book asap OR read, rest, sketch, journal, nap in the garden, walk the grounds and enjoy a smoothie from our cafe and a relaxing afternoon basking in the sunlight.
3:00 – 5:00 PM — Garden Gathering: Come back together for our afternoon “garden party.” Learn about our campus and see how this place holds people and purpose. Take part in a biodynamic stir, blessing the garden with intention. Help co-create an earth mandala; hands in the soil, shaping beauty together.
5:00 – 6:00 PM — Sips & Serenade: End the day with a toast. Share a mocktail, live music and open mic in our zen garden. Celebrate the day with your new lifelong friends and enjoy the perfection of a summer evening.
Meet Your Hosts:
Nicole Lindstrom | Nicole Lindstrom is a yoga and meditation teacher who teaches all over the world. She is the co-author of “WANDERLUST: A Modern Yogi's Guide To Becoming Your Best Self" and founder of GLDMND, guiding individuals and groups to the gold that lies within.
From guiding hikes and meditations with Wanderlust to leading global retreats with Yogascapes and Lead with Love, Nicole has an incredible depth of expertise and knowledge in holding space and curating group experiences.
Megan Miller | Megan Miller is a gardener of plants and of passion! As current Director of Education & Programming for the Connection is the Medicine Foundation, and former Peace Garden Manager, she is honored to continue offering gifts of gratitude to both the land and to our community.
Megan integrates a deep understanding of the science and spirituality of biodynamic gardening with her artistic eye in a harmonious manner. Her greatest hopes are that we might all find a deeper connection to the land and to ourselves.
