True Grit Training Session #3Morialta Falls Conservation Park: meeting at the playground

A FREE training session for anyone signed up to participate in True Grit SA 2025 at the riverland.
Come along with your buddies and get GritFit with LFB. We will take you through some obstacle style exercises, work as a team and get to know some fellow participants who will also be there.
Click 'going' to confirm your attendance, and come along at 8am (Adelaide time) with your towel, water bottle and a positive attitude!
