Alternating Sundays, July 13 – October 5 | 1-3pmA 7-week sacred movement and energy workshop with Triple OG Shak Ita designed to awaken the body, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect to divine feminine power. Through guided flow, sensual rhythm, and intention, participants experience dance as healing. Come for the full series or pick and choose what you’re able to attend.
