Join us for a HYROX PFT event at TRU2U FITNESS,

This in-person event is your chance to experience the fun and try an intro to HYROX training. This event is great for everyone, from those with little to no fitness experience to the most advanced athlete.

HYROX is a global obstacle course race that combines running with functional exercises. You'll build strength, improve your running efficiency and endurance, and develop the mental grit needed to push through any challenge.

The Workout

• 1000m Run
• 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)
• 100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
• 1000m Row
• 30 Push Ups (Hand Release)
• 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4 kg female)
