TMSO's Music Director, Travis Cook, has programmed incredible repertoire for our fall concert series: "A Journey Through Sound." Your ears will be treated to a magnificent variety of sounds throughout the evening:
Brass choir ("Fanfare for the Common Man")
Woodwind choir (two Bach chorales)
String orchestra (Euphory concerto)
Full orchestra (Copland's "Rodeo" & two traditional hymns arranged by contemporary composers)
Guest artist, Benjamin Dawley, will be featured on solo euphonium, performing two unique concertos that include the fascinating elements of multiphonics, beatboxing, and vocals!
The church will host a Harvest Dinner in the gym from 5:30 to 6:30 pm for $8 per person. RSVP is required by November 19 (248-689-4555 x234 or [email protected]).
You won't want to miss this wonderful evening! Concert admission is free. However, donations are gratefully accepted!
