TROT's Hearts & Horses Gala is presented by Donegan Burns Foundation. The Donegan Burns Foundation is a private family foundation that seeks to improve life potential for children. It's founder's main goal was to be an effective financial resource for organizations who are capable and enthusiastic in their work to help children overcome learning and physical disabilities. The most recent focus of DBF is funding PATH Certified therapeutic riding organizations in Arizona, California, and Texas.
