So many of our favorite foods originated from the tropical rainforest - bananas, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and so much more. Visit the Rinard Orchid Greenhouse and the Nature Lab from 10-3pm to learn all about the plants that create the delicious foods we eat every day. BSU culinary students will create and share dishes utilizing rainforest ingredients.At 11:00am, Tinker Coffee from Indianapolis will join us to present about coffee production, from growing to drinking.
