Tropicana Movie Nights @ The Hollywood Roosevelt
Advanced ticket purchase required with all sales final 8 hrs prior to showtime. Please match your date to the below schedule when booking. Guests who dress up in the theme of the movie get a free cocktail or cossesion candy at the bar.

The iconic Hockney painted pool under the neon sign at the Hollywood Roosevelt provides a unique sceening expereince. We’d like to invite you to purchase your spot at the Tropicana Pool & Cafe for our famed Movie Nights! All guests will receive complimentary popcorn! All guests are required to wear masks when not seated on their bed and follow social distancing protocols. Food and Beverage served as carrryout service available at the bar to take to your table.
- Tickets range from $6 to $8.50 per person depending on the bed or table package you purchase. Please email [email protected] with any questions about your ticket or seating arrangements
- Full bar and food menu available until 9:45pm each evening
- Guests are welcome to view the movie while swimming or floating in our heated pool
- Towels, Blankets or Heaters are available on a first come first served basis
- Popcorn is provided complimentary, and be sure to have your Parking Validated

FAQ:
1. What does a VIP ticket mean?
Pricing for VIP beds and tables is determined by location around the pool relitive to the best views of the screen. Guests will not be allowed to exceed to the number of people on their ticket, and due to social distancing considerations, furniture sill not be moved around the deck to accomodate larger parties.
2. What if I need to cancel?
We understand that emergencies happen, and we want to help. Reservations can be canceled up to 8hrs before the event. After that, ticket sales are final and will be denied a refund request.
3. What type of food and drink is available?
Movie Night will have a specially currated cocktail and beverge list along with limited food options. In additon, you find some of your consession stand favorites like nacho cheese Doritos and M&Ms. We serve complimentary popcorn boxes from our old fashioned popcorn cart to honor the nostalgia of the movie going experience.
4. Can I come earlier to get a better seat?
Doors open 45min before the show starts. However, tables and beds are reserved by the ticket you purchased through Eventbrite.
