Welcome to the Luau at Gary's Brewery and Biergarten! Join us for a night of tropical fun at our brewery and biergarten. Get ready to hula dance, limbo, sip on delicious brews, and enjoy authentic Hawaiian music and plenty of tasty bites! Our outdoor space will be transformed into a Hawaiian paradise. Don't forget to wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt and grass skirt! This is an in-person event, so come ready to have a great time with friends and family. We can't wait to see you there!
Games: We will have a kids only limbo at 3:30 and 4pm. Adult-only limbo will be at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
Music: Live Music with the Island Brothers starts at 4pm
Tiki Carver: Jimmy Freeman will be doing live carving demos and will also have a nice inventory of his hand-carved masterpieces to take home
Food: The brewery kitchen will be open from 12-9pm serving their regular menu. Specialty event food for March 30th will be provided by Conchitas Catering! Food service starts at 4pm, but come early to watch the cooking demo! Food tickets will be limited, so get yours here:

1. Kalua Shredded Pork and Whole Pig: Open Fire cooking 2. Huli Huli Chicken Grilled chicken marinated in a sweet and tangy blend of soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, and garlic, giving it a delicious tropical flavor. Side Dishes: 1. Hawaiian Mac Salad Creamy macaroni salad made with elbow macaroni, mayonnaise, grated carrots, green onions, and a touch of apple cider vinegar for added flavor. 2. Musubi Sushi-like rice balls wrapped in nori, filled with teriyaki spam 3. Smoked Pineapple Fresh pineapple slices smoked to perfection, enhancing their natural sweetness and adding a unique, smoky flavor over Mesquite wood Dessert: 1. Coconut Haupia Mango Coconut Cake Trifle A creamy coconut milk dessert set in a buttery coconut cake, fresh mangos and coconut flakes offering a refreshing and sweet finish to your meal.
