Immerse yourself in the tropical vibes while stretching, strengthening and finding your inner peace. This in-person event is the perfect way to flow, unwind and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. About Alissa, she recently just completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Isla Mujeres at Kootenay Yoga School. She was introduced to yoga in her teens and now has taken the leap into teaching. During her certificate she had an overview of many forms of yoga, pranayama, meditation but focused primarily on Hatha and Vinyasa. She is eager to share her love of yoga, mindfulness and good vibes with you at El Techo's Tropical Rooftop.
