The triathlon racing season is here, and we hope you're all feeling ready for itIf, like many of us, you would like to learn, refresh, or sharpen your triathlon skills before race season kicks off, join us for a FREE coached session designed to help you gain confidence and speed in the water and transitions!
We’ll cover:
✅ Fast water entry & exit techniques
✅ Drafting strategies
✅ Buoy turns & Australian exits (perfect for multi-lap races!)
✅ Optional swim-to-bike transition practice (bring your bike if you want to join this part!)
This session is timed perfectly to help you prep for:

🏁 Barefoot Tri Series – Scorching Bay – 30 Nov
🏁 Splash & Dash – 19 Nov
💥 Open to everyone – whether you're a seasoned triathlete or just getting started.

🧳 What to Bring:
For the Swim Skills Session:
Wetsuit (recommended)
Goggles
Bright swim cap
Towel
Warm clothes for after
Water bottle
If joining the Swim-to-Bike Transition Practice:
Bike
Helmet (compulsory)
Bike shoes (if using clip-ins)
Towel or small mat for transition setup
Race belt (optional)
Sunglasses, nutrition, or other race gear
Admin Essentials:
Emergency contact details (if you're not a TriWellington member)
