Start 2026 strong with another FREE session to refresh, practice, and learn key triathlon skills! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete wanting to get some group practice in or a newbie who is just curious about the sport, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your technique and have fun with the community. Invite your friends – everyone is welcome!
We’ll cover:
✅ Swim drills for confidence and speed
✅ Fast water entry & exit techniques
✅ Buoy turns & drafting strategies
✅ Transition skills (optional swim-to-bike practice – bring your bike if you’d like to join!)
💥 Open to all levels – from beginners to experienced triathletes.
💥 If you’re not yet a TriWellington member, just register your name and emergency contact on the day.
What to Bring
For Swim Skills:
Wetsuit (recommended)
Goggles
Bright swim cap
Towel & warm clothes for after
Water bottle
For Swim-to-Bike Transition Practice:
Bike & helmet (compulsory)
Bike shoes (if using clip-ins)
Towel or small mat for transition setup
Race belt (optional)
Sunglasses, nutrition, or other race gear
Admin Essentials:
Emergency contact details (if not a member)
