Welcome to Triumph & Treachery, a charity Warhammer The Old World doubles event to raise funds for cancer research.Many of our lives are touched by childhood cancer and us such we are proud to help raise funds for the benefit of The Pirate Ship Foundation, an organisation that funds research into childhood brain cancer.
So grab a friend and bring them along for some doubles fun. All levels of experience are welcome, even those with zero games under their belt!
Schedule:
Registration: 8:00am
Announcements and brief: 8:20am
Game 1 8:30am - 11:15am
Lunch + Painting 11:15am - 12:00pm
Game 2 12:00pm - 2:45pm
Game 3 2:45pm - 5:30pm

Awards
Painting standard: There is no minimum painting standard for the event other then miniatures be primed and not showing bare plastic/resin or metal.
Missions: Missions will be as per the Matched Play Guide Doubles scenario list
Army lists - Are due by midnight of Sunday the 9th of November to [email protected] both players lists should be sent in a single email and single text document or screenshot.
Awards
Best Painted/Presented - awarded to the player with a combined judge and peer reviewed score of their army painting skills. Players will be asked to display their army for inspection over the lunch period whereupon each player will be able to vote for their favourite in the Players Choice section under “voting”.
Sportsmanship - awarded to the team who, at the end of the day, has received the most favourite opponent votes. Players will vote for their favourite opponent after finishing their final game.
Best Team Name - The Team with the most creative and appropriate team name as voted by Mind Goblin Games staff.
Prizes: Will take the form of product and or gift vouchers and will scale up according to ticket sales.

- 1250pts per player (2500pts total) Legacy armies are legal
- no minimum painting standard other than spray undercoated
