The lake glows. The fire crackles. Lanterns flicker. The veil between worlds feels just a little thinner.On Saturday 1st November, TriSwim invites you to an evening unlike any other — our Halloween Spooktacular, lit by candlelight, firelight, and the ancient spirit of Día de los Muertos.
We’ve never been about cheap scares or gimmicks. At TriSwim, Halloween is about light in the darkness. It’s about gathering at the water’s edge with purpose — to celebrate life, remember what matters, and connect body, mind and soul.
That’s why this year’s theme means so much.
Día de los Muertos isn’t about fear — it’s about joy, remembrance, and ritual. It’s colour, music, stories, community. It’s everything we believe swimming should be.
🕯️ The lake will be lit with glow sticks, LED tow floats, and gentle firelight
🍲 You’ll warm up with hot soup, crusty bread, and sweet treats
🔥 Marshmallows will roast on open fire pits
🎁 Every swimmer receives a gift bag with our exclusive embroidered badge — designed with this year’s theme in mind — and Mexican-inspired keepsakes
🎭 There’ll be decorations, costumes, and party games that honour the richness of Día de los Muertos
🚿 And of course, full safety cover, warm facilities, a relaxed bar, and free parking
This is more than a night swim. It’s a celebration.
Of movement, of meaning, of memory.
Of the season turning, and of how far you’ve come.
