Meet Tristan Cappel, the sax-slinging, flute-flying, clarinet-crushing jazz dynamo from Detroit, MI, now based in Los Angeles, CA. His debut album, Wanderlust, dropped this summer, featuring his own genre-bending compositions and a lineup of LA’s hottest jazz cats, including Adam Hersh and Marlon Martinez. Expect a night filled with twists, turns, and some serious musical chops as Tristan leads the charge on saxophones, flutes, and maybe even a little clarinet for good measure.

Tristan’s on a roll, having toured Australia and New Zealand with Postmodern Jukebox, jammed with the LA Phil at the Hollywood Bowl, and brought the house down at the Detroit Jazz Festival. He’s shared stages and studio time with everyone from Lizzo to Bruno Mars to jazz icons like Stanley Clarke and Michelle Coltrane. Plus, he's scored everything from blockbuster films to video games, so you know he’s bringing major energy to every note.
