Triple-Threat Ambassador In-Store Workout

Get ready for a full-spectrum movement experience.

Join us in-store for a Triple-Threat Ambassador Workout on Sunday, January 25, 2026 from 7:30–9:30 AM, led by three of our lululemon ambassadors—each bringing their specialty to create a well-rounded morning of movement.

We’ll kick things off with a strength-based workout led by Jeff, our train ambassador, followed by a run with Steve, our run ambassador. To close it out, Liz, our yoga ambassador, will guide a grounding yoga flow to help you reset and recover.

This event is designed to challenge, energize, and restore—whether you join for one portion or experience the full lineup.
