Enjoy a sonic preview of an amazing event planned for the upcoming Spirit & Place Festival.This October Triple Gong Immersion includes gentle movement to prepare the body, guided meditation, and a long vibrational immersion with the sounds of three large and mesmerizing gongs. It’s accessible for all bodies and can be enjoyed either on the floor or in a chair. Chairs and limited props are available, so bring your mat and anything else you need to relax as you journey through soundscapes inspired by the planets. Stay after if you like to, to enjoy Yogi Tea and community time.
This special Triple-Gong Immersion is not only a powerful sound journey, it’s a fundraiser for an upcoming Spirit & Place Festival event, “Inner & Outer Space: Celestial Visions & Vibrations.” Every dollar raised will go directly toward creating the lighting and draping installations that transform the event into a universe of giant galaxy paintings, stars, comets, and celestial sound. Diane will also share a brief presentation about the November festival event she is creating with cosmic painter Esther Hale and sound artist Randy Schwartz, giving a sneak peek of the immersive celestial experience coming in November.
