I went out to Triple Earl Gardens Wednesday to check out the front gravel situation. The homeowner wants the pea gravel removed and the water company wants the meter accessible. I raked the gravel from the area where I remember the meter being and removed some dirt but I didn’t find the meter, I’m going back next Wednesday to continue my search. I also need to rake the rest of the gravel into a couple of piles so I can try to give it away. If that fails I’ll have to load it into my truck and bring it back to the Farm and put it into my small greenhouse. I could really use some help raking the gravel into piles. It’s fairly easy and to strenuous. It’s pea gravel so it’s easy to rake. If I could get a couple of volunteers to rake while I look for the meter we could get the job done in under 2 hours. That would make the homeowner happy and continue to let us use her yard and pay for the water for the garden. I would like to schedule this raking party for 1pm Wednesday 8/20.
