Exploring the Beauty of Bečov Forests
The whole-day hiking trip will take you deep to the forests of Bečov. You will find inner peace when looking on the calm surfaces of several ponds, you will marvel at the flawless work of nature that created the basalt rock formations and you might also catch a glimpse of the graceful horses grazing in Hlinky.
We will start our journey at the square in Bečov nad Teplou and set off in the direction of the "Gallows Hill" (devoted to the rituals connected with the punishments of felonies in the early modern period 16th-18th century), the Homolka Hill (of volcanic origin and consists of interesting basalt columns), then we will head towards the Ponds of Bečov (Bečovské rybníky), the New Pond ("Nový rybník"), the basalt rock columns - the peak of the trip, and more

Clothing and Gear Required:
• Trekking shoes, backpack, waterproof jacket (optional), water and snacks.
Know before you go
• Child price is valid for children 10 years old and under. Student price is valid for students 26 years old and under with an ISIC Card
• The reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled if the minimum group size of 4 is not met.
• Times of departure and return are approximate and depend on the traffic. Delays can occur and will not result in a refund
• The agreed time and place of departure must be strictly followed.
• Missing the bus departure is not a valid reason for a refund
• The supplier reserves the right to alter the price or program due to unexpected changes of opening hours of the sites, traffic limitations, cultural events or unexpected natural calamities
• Photographs will be taken during the trip for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Tours cancelled less than 24 hours before the starting time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made via email, text or phone call, 48 to 72 hours before the trip will be subject to a fee of half of the whole amount.
• Only English and Spanish commentary is guaranteed. German, Italian, and Russian commentary are available upon request. See less
