� Ask a parent to register you on the parkrun website — you’ll get your very own barcode (fancy, right?).
� Turn up at Halo Leisure Centre at 08:50 on Sunday 12th October.
� Bring your barcode (on paper or on your adult’s phone — no excuses!).
� Walk, jog, run, hop, skip, or even dance your way round the course. (Adults: please stay to cheer or volunteer �).
� Most importantly — HAVE FUN! �
Junior parkrun is at Hereford Leisure Centre every Sunday at 9:00, but this one’s going to be extra special.
