Join us for a community run with our awesome run club partner, Run Muskegon. We will meet at 6:15pm to check in and fill out paperwork, announcements from the run club will begin at 6:20, and the group run takes off at 6:30. Stick around to meet members of the run club and socialize after the run. Training Plan:
5K Get Movin'-Repeat 4x: walk 3 minutes/jog 5 minutes
5K Seasoned Runner-Walk/jog 4 miles
10K-Run 4-5 miles at an easy pace
Half Marathon- Run 5 miles at an easy pace
Route maps will be posted on the event prior to the run.
