Join us for a community run! We will be meeting at The Coffee Factory, right in the heart of our race routes. Arrive at 7:50 to sign in and introduce yourself. We will take off at 8am. Stick around after to get to know others who are excited for this year's race, and enjoy all of the delicious treats and drinks that The Coffee Factory has to offer. Training Plan:
5K Get Movin'-Walk/jog 35 minutes
5K Seasoned Runner- Walk/jog 3-4 miles
10K-Run 4 miles
Half Marathon- Run 10 miles at an easy pace
Route maps will be posted on the event prior to the run.
