About this Event
Dear Neighbours,
We are finally in our new building and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you personally for your patience with the disruption caused by the building and your ongoing support for the school. We have started our third year of opening with 420 students on site with 46 staff. The new building is beautifully equipped with bespoke classrooms for Science, Art, Design, Food, Music, Drama, Dance and Textiles, with exceptional sports facilities including a sports hall, outdoor netball courts and all weather football pitch. The building focusses on a 570 seater concert hall surrounded by outstanding music facilities which is our specialism.
The school is proving very popular with local families and we are particularly proud that every Year 6 student from Stoke Park Primary School joined us this year for Year 7.
Despite all the difficulties of last year, our students and staff have learnt together and grown as a community committed to our mission:
Our mission at Trinity is to create a world class school. As such, we expect that all members of our community seek to become the best version of themselves, developing Head, Heart and Soul, so that our students will ultimately be successfully and happily employed in a career with prospects, as well as being citizens with a burning passion to serve their communities.
Initial results show that our students are progressing in English, Maths and Science at a faster rate than schools nationally. We are proud to have been named a Hegarty Maths Super School (putting us in the top 20% of schools in the country) and we have had national success in debating.
We want you to consider the school as your school and to that end, would like to invite you to see your new school on Thursday 30th September at 5pm. The event will start with a quick introduction from me, outlining the mission and values of the school followed by a short presentation from our public artist. This will be followed by a tour of the building where we can informally take any questions or comments you’d like to share.
We do appreciate that as we start to operate from our new campus this may impact local residents in new ways. We would like to work together with the community for the benefit of all. If you need to contact the school for any reason, please use the [email protected] address.
With kind regards,
Mr Eiron Bailey
