About this Event
TRI(ing) for Nationals
Come out for an all-level one hour workout at Bradford Beach as Glenna is TRI(ing) for Nationals! This in-person outdoor event is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out. This workout will include a pre-stretch, workout, and post-workout cool down.
No equipment necessary. It is recommended that you bring water.
All donations will go towards Glenna's USA Triathlon registration and membership fee's, traveling, lodging and videographer expenses.
Any and all support is greatly appreciated as Glenna prepares to represent Milwaukee and Black Women Triathletes!
