Tyranny is triggering. So is facing the truth. Look, there’s plenty happening in the world right now that can make you upset, frustrated, afraid, anxious and/or mad. How are you dealing with your emotions? Most people don’t know how to process their emotions in a healthy way. We’ve never been taught! Therefore, most people stuff down their emotions (which leads to sickness!) and/or blame people or situations.

In this training:

• You’ll learn about the awakening process and how you are going through it.
• You’ll learn how to deal with your anxiety, anger, upset, frustration, fear, rage that you have about current news events in a healthy way.
• You’ll learn how to be pro-active, rather than reactive.
• You’ll learn how to step out of victim, complaining mode and instead be guided on how to step into your power (because when you are reactive, you are easily controlled and that’s exactly how “they” want you to be)
• You’ll learn a technique to use each time you get “triggered” so that you can turn these negative experiences into awarenesses that make you a better person in every area of your life.
• Step into emotional maturity and life mastery.
• As you go through the journey of learning the truth through Freedom Classes, you’re going to need the tools I share with you in this class, so you can process your emotions, bounce back, and understand what is truly going on in the world, so you can be part of the solution, rather than stuck in anger or sadness.
