In this eye-opening 4 class series, Trish will guide us into a personal journey of our past, connecting with our inner self, our Shadow self, the dark places we don’t usually talk about, to find the root of our triggers, unwrap and expose those difficult memories, and start the journey of healing. (Please note: you will not be required to talk about anything you don’t want to talk about. Just be open to learning and healing). During this FINAL class of the 4 class series, we will be discussing the Scars that remain during that Shadow healing process. Trish has a long list of certifications and has been studying Shadow Work for many years, but most importantly, Trish is an Intuitive Empath with a caring heart and the ability to guide you to the healing you need and deserve! $25 per person. 6-8pm
