Spend an evening of sound, stretching and a dive into joy and self discovery with a powerful breathwork session.
Raven Nicole Peltier has been teaching her creative, inclusive yoga for over 26 years. She travels all over the country sharing her passion and expertise.
Nicholas Bradford, the SonicRay, will lead an extradinary sound jouney with over 40 instruments including tribal drums, hanging drums and a array of chimes and strings.
Holotropic Breathwork is an opportunity to shut off the thinking mind and experience the true self, reconnect with joy and self reflect.
Must be 14+ yr. or older. Please come substance-free.

What to bring: 2 blankets, a pillow, yoga mat, water, eye covers and cushions will be provided.
Please come with a light stomach. Avoid eating 2 hours prior to session.
