Nau mai, haere mai!Trident High School warmly invites Year 8 students and whānau to our 2025 Open Day and Information Evening on Wednesday, 10 September.
This is a great chance to explore our school, meet our staff, and learn more about the opportunities we offer here at Trident High School.
🔵OPEN DAY
School groups will visit Trident High School at 9.00am, 10.20am or 12.30pm.
Whakatāne Intermediate School will have a large number of students attending at the 9.00am and 10.20am time slots.
Whānau from other contributing schools, it is suggested that you collect your student from school and attend the 12.30pm visit.
📞If you are unable to attend the Open Day or Evening you are welcome to contact the school office on 3088159 to arrange a visit.
🔵INFORMATION EVENING
Whānau and students are welcome to our information evening, where an overview of the school will be presented and there will be an opportunity to meet staff and ask questions.
👉5.30pm – 6.30pm the school will be open to visit displays and talk to teachers in their classrooms.
👉6.35pm – Introductory presentation by our Tumuaki/Principal and Staff. After which whānau are encouraged to visit displays in the Auditorium and engage with staff.

📌Book Your Enrolment Interview
All students need an enrolment interview, these can be booked on our website.
Interviews start Thursday, 11 September and run:
Mon–Thurs: 3.15pm – 5.30pm
Fri: 9.00am – 3.15pm
