The ulti"mutt" Halloween-weekend "yappy hour" at the Sandlot Southeast features a special "Pawp"-up Pet Portrait Station. Since this event is Tricks AND Treats, every dog that registers for a photo session will receive a special "pupcake" from Sprinkles!
