Trick or Treat Yoga & Social

Step into the glow this Halloween with a gentle yoga practice bathed in black light and soft neon. This calming, slow-flow class blends mindful movement, deep stretches, and grounding breathwork to help you release tension and connect to your inner magic. Surrounded by glowing lights and a touch of Halloween ambiance, you’ll settle into soothing poses that restore balance and invite a sense of peace.
Dress in your favorite glow gear or Halloween-inspired colors, or costume and let the night be a playful mix of relaxation and radiance. 🌙🕯️👻
Students can arrive at 6:30 pm to socialize, enjoy a spooky punch and healthy snacks.
Class will begin at 7:00pm and last one hour. We will finish class at 8:00pm and leave time to socialize and enjoy more punch and snacks.
Each student will get a glow necklace or bracelet.
