Trick or Treat with EC Downtown Businesses 2025

Bring your kids to Downtown Elizabeth City on Saturday, October 25th from 1:00-3:00 pm for some Trick or Treating in the central business district. This is a special event specifically with the downtown businesses.
NOTE: This is a special event coordinated by the downtown businesses, not official Halloween neighborhood Trick or Treating or EC Police Trunk or Treat. Those are still on Halloween night! 🎃
Costumes are encouraged for this fourth annual trick or treating event. Participating Businesses will be handing out candy (while supplies last) and will will have a poster in their window.
