Tanger Rehoboth Beach will host its annual "Trick or Treat Off the Street" on Friday, October 31st, from 5 to 7 p.m. Children 12 and under are invited to dress up and go trick-or-treating from store to store at all three Tanger Outlet locations: Bayside, Seaside, and Surfside.
