We're looking for local artists, artisans, crafters and small businesses from the Quinte area, with a focus on handmade, homemade and home based, to showcase their wares.
THIS IS A SUPPLY-YOUR-OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS EVENT! Providing treats for the kids is not mandatory but HIGHLY recommended. In 2023 we had HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of parents bring in their kids for a Trick or Treat event (without vendors) and most tenants ran out of candy because the crowds were so unexpected. Please participate and prepare for lots of ghouls and ghosts. 😂
Cost: $50 per single space (room for one 6ft table and your chair behind it), $70 per single + (approx. 10ft x 6ft, room for one 6ft table and a rack or stand), and $90 per double space (approx. 20ft x 6ft).
We have 7 x 1 minute "live on location" radio showcase spaces available to be booked. Steve and Sandi from Cool 100/95.5 Hits would love to stop and chat with you which will tell THOUSANDS of listeners on both radio stations all about your business...they love to take pictures for Social Media also! Boost your business for $50.00.
We have 10 x 8ft tables that can be rented for $20 each (first come, first serve) BUT you still have to bring your own chair!
Once you've filled out this application, you will be further contacted by Angela Henry or Heather Murray ONLY (DO NOT FALL FOR SCAMMERS) for payment IF your application is selected...check your Facebook messages for this, it might be hiding in your "Message Requests" section. Please do not ( I beg of you 😂) message us asking if you've been accepted or if I've received your application. It's extremely difficult to keep up with the crazy amounts of messages we get. These shows fill up FAST and all spots are first come first serve, so get your payments in FAST after you've been sent the payment instructions to secure your place.
We will be advertising this show again on Cool 100 and 95.5, also on social media, online community calendars, and the Bay View Mall reader board sign.
Mall doors open at 9:00am for setup. Show begins at 10:00am and runs until 4:00pm.
EXCLUSION FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS WILL OCCUR IF BOOTHS ARE TAKEN DOWN EARLY!!!
