Join in some FREE, fun, non-competitive training with other novice Women Triathletes. This is all about learning new skills and gaining the confidence you need to complete the event.
What do we do?
👉 On Course Practice
👉 400m Ocean Swim & 2.5 - 4km run/walk
What to bring?
👉Swim cap, goggles, swimwear, wetsuit or rash shirt, towel, comfortable clothing & running shoes, sweat towel, water & a smile ☺

6:30pm Tuesdays | Pilot Bay (Wharf End):
👉 7th January: Introduction + 400m Swim
👉 14th January: 400m Swim + 2km Run
👉 21st January: 400m Swim + 4km Run
👉 28th January: 400m Swim + 4km Run
👉 4th February: 400m Swim + 4km Run
👉 11th February: 400m Swim + 2km Run
