SATURDAY 12 OCTOBER 2024
14:00-15:30 - Liquid Body
Do you want to achieve fluidity, define your waves and dance like a snake? The main thing here is muscular control, we need to control our body so that it has the autonomy to interconnect the movements, making them become one. Let's get to know our body and gain this control. Let’s be like water.
16:00-17:30 Creative Arms
Here we will work on arm postures as well as cleaning basic movements: Arms undulation, reverse and snake Arms. Finally, we will learn some creative arms combo and how to transform them into a sequence/choreography.
SUNDAY 13 OCTOBER 2024
12:00-13:30 Body Games
Here we will address body dissociation and ways to mix movements in a fun way. We will divide geometric shapes into movements of the head, shoulders, chest and hips that will give us creativity to create something new.
14:00- 15:30 - Combos
We will learn a sequence of approximately 1 minute, using the vast repertoire we have within Tribal Fusion Bellydance, transiting with Old and New School, learning how to build and connect one movement to another, bringing the necessary fluidity to have a clean and professional dance.
