Join Ash for a powerful and transformative experience that blends movement, rhythm, and meditation into one flowing journey.

We’ll begin in an opening circle, coming together to connect as a group and create a safe, supportive space for authentic expression. From here, we’ll gently warm up to shamanic sounds, preparing the body and mind to open to the flow of energy.

The session then unfolds into the main dance journey: an ecstatic exploration to deep tribal and jungle-inspired beats. Each participant will be blindfolded, allowing you to let go of self-consciousness, move beyond external distractions, and surrender fully to the music and your inner rhythm.

Finally, we’ll transition back down to the mat, allowing the energy awakened through movement to flow freely. You’ll be guided into a deep meditative journey, resting in stillness as you connect with the Self and integrate the experience.
