As social beings, we have a "need to belong". A tribe means a place and people, that are together through a strong feeling of belonging.
Belonging to a family, group, community, team, etc., is an integral part of the human experience. We ache to belong.
This cycle is an invitation to co-create the most beautiful integrative feeling of a warm womb in which to dance, move, play, sing, vibrate, pray, and rest together. It is an invitation to experience the transformative power dance can have and to acknowledge how important the collective is to give meaning and depth to our individual experience.
Our ancestors danced together to celebrate, mourn, heal, transform, and meet the gods. This cycle’s vision is inspired by those collective experiences that brought the community together to celebrate life.
The group as the womb is one of the main visions of this dance cycle. In each session, while using shamanic elements we will explore the importance of the group, by inviting ancient ritual dances, as well as playful exercises of connection. We build the tribe by being brave to be open, curious, and soft.
In each session of this dance cycle, you can expect to go on a journey through a semi-guided dance wave that will invite you to connect with yourself, with others, and with the living universe in a deep and transcendental way.
Why do that?
- Because we love to dance,
- Because we are highly numb, disconnected, isolated, and stressed,
- Because we have forgotten our true purpose in human life, but deep down we can hear the call
- Because we all need each other to feel complete, (and survive)
- Because collectively we are bigger and wiser than we will ever be alone.
INFORMATION TO REGISTER
In each session, we go into trance states through the guidance and care of a teacher with 20 years of experience.
The SRT Biodanza system is the main movement technique used. To register, NO previous experience in Biodanza is required but recommended.
NO hallucinogens of any kind or alcohol are used or recommended before.
Even if what we do is mostly dancing and moving, the trance states we enter, can have long physical effects that carry on until the next day. If possible, make sure to create a good landing path for you to have a good night's sleep on the nights of the sessions.
Punctuality will be honored, sessions start at 20:00.

Registrations for the whole cycle are preferred but the group is open for drop-in sessions.

WHO IS THE FACILITATOR?
I am Pablo, a Berlin-based entrepreneur, Biodanza teacher, Yogi, coach, and consultant.
My goal in life is to lead processes of enhancing human consciousness with gratitude and love to help create a better world.
Since 2005 I am a certified Biodanza Didact teacher by the International Biocentric Foundation.
I support Biodanza students and teachers in deepening their practice and enhancing their comprehension of the system. As a coach, I design and deliver organizational programs with both private and public organizations.
On a regular basis, I am invited to participate as a teacher, dancer, and speaker at international conferences of Biodanza, in more than 10 countries around the world. In Berlin, I organize weekly sessions, workshops, and different extensions of Biodanza.
My life has been a journey of searching for how to integrate the practical world of business and the integral world of yoga and dance. I found a way to do that by co-creating Purpose + Motion:
