2026 marks a huge milestone for us as a community; it's 40 years of Triathlon WA and 25 years of the Busselton Festival of Triathlon! To celebrate, we’ve got something special planned.
Date: Sunday, 12 October 2025

What's Happening 👇
We’ll get the afternoon started with our Annual General Meeting (AGM) from 2.30pm. It’s a great opportunity for members to hear a recap of the past financial year, find out what’s been achieved, vote in new Board members, raise any club or membership-related concerns, and chat with our leadership team about anything on your mind. We’d love to see as many of you there as possible!
After the AGM, around 3.30pm, we'll roll into social drinks and the Season Launch! As part of the Season Launch info and presentations, we'll be sharing our plans for exciting upcoming things like:
- Our new State Series Format and App
- Busselton Festival of Triathlon - 25 Years Edition (new events & more!)
- 40 Years Annual Award Gala Dinner (planned for June 2026)
- Community Circle and Other Initiatives
- Triathlon WA Hall of Fame
We'll also be celebrating 40 years of Triathlon WA with historical exhibits, heaps of throwback photos from our archives, old event posters and archival footage. There will be a prize for the attendee wearing the oldest TWA or WA triathlon event merch too, so if you have any 90's tri tees or vintage club uniforms, it's time to bust them out of storage.
