The Triathlon Ireland Social Hub is back for an autumn block of bike skill sessions.
The Social Hubs are designed for budding triathletes or those interested in giving some of the triathlon disciplines a go. These sessions are also ideal for Triathlon Ireland members who are not involved with a club.
Where:
The hub meets on the last Wednesday of each month. The September, October and November sessions will be bike skill sessions at Brownlow Community Hub in Craigavon from 7pm to 9pm.
What to expect:
These sessions are coached by Diane Cordner who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions.
These indoor sessions will focus on bike skills, including feeling more confident on your bike, bike handling skills, cornering and group riding. The sessions will be tailored for the group and you don't have to take part in the whole session just see how you feel! Each session will finish with tea and coffee but you don't have stay for this if you can't.

Who are these sessions for:
Any Triathlon Ireland member aged 18+
These sessions are open to everyone and all ability levels are welcome - please come along and try as much as you can -there is no expectation that you complete any specific time or distance, just come and try.
You must hold a Triathlon Ireland Club Training Membership or Full Membership to take part in these sessions. This is available here: Membership
What do you need:
Equipment- bike, helmet, bike shoes (if you use them), water
Clothing- gym gear, trainers
