Registration for the February or March dates will open the Wednesday after the previous triathlon.
Event Schedule
7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
New wave every 30 minutes
12 participants per wave
7 total waves
Race Format
Participants will complete the following timed segments:
15 minute swim in the indoor 50 meter pool
10 minute transition
25 minute bike in the KOPFC Aerobic Room
10 minute transition
20 minute run on KOPFC Weight and Cardio room treadmills
