We believe that movement, fitness, and yoga can transform a community. 🌍 This February, we are collaborating with Lucky Elephant Yoga and Wellness LLC to bring Apex its first-ever yoga festival: the Triangle Yoga Festival. 🎉 This day of joy and gratitude is accessible to all ages, backgrounds, and yoga levels. Our classes and workshops are designed to help you connect with your body and the community. 🤝There will be something for everyone, including a speaker panel for athletes 🏋️♂️ and a session on yoga in healthcare. 🧘♀️ Mark your calendar for February 8th! 📅 Tickets will go on sale on November 12th. 🎫 This event will be free for seniors over 60 and children under 12! 👵👶
